The goon Anil gets shocked seeing the police. He tells them that he is a doctor. However, the police chide him for wrong parking of his van, which resolves. On the other hand, Ismail, the other goon tells his accomplices to kill the woman. He says he has to leave to get gifts for his kid on Eid. Ruhi (Aditi Bhatia) dressed as Ruhaan leaves for the sick child’s home. Mrs Bhalla says she will go with her but Raman (Karan Patel) says he will go with his daughter. When he sees her dressed as Ruhaan he gets emotional and says I’m sorry because of me, Nidhi (Pavitra Punia) made you like this. Ruhi says it’s ok. Father and daughter hug each other.
The goons throw the sack under a truck but there are no screams. They see it is filled with onions and potatoes. They wonder if vegetable vendor took Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi). At the home of Ismail, Sakina, the daughter-in-law of the house frees Ishita. They say that you’re safe here. Sakina says I ordered vegetables for Eid function and maybe sack got interchanged. She gives her landline phone to make a call to her family. Ishita hides inside thinking goons will look for her. Raman, Ruhi and Nupur go to ailing child’s home but Nupur says it is ok if we don’t go. Ruhi says we’ll go to his place.
Ishita spots an ill boy in the house. Sakina tells him it is her son, Aslam he is suffering from blood cancer. He says his father is working hard for his treatment. A goon asks for onion and potato sack and discuss Ishita. She asks Sakina for a mobile but she says the house has only a landline. She is scared to step out fearing the goons will follow her. Sakina says she can inform police but Ishita resists as the family will lose their son and earning member. She says I have to talk to my member. Guests come and Ishita hides inside the house. One of the goons enter the kitchen to check the sack. Ruhaan arrives to meet Aslam. Ishita hears this.
