Shagun (Anita Hassanandani) will return to Bhalla house with Aditya. Yes, isn’t that great news. Looks like Raman (Karan Patel) has kept his promise to Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) and his mother Mrs Bhalla. However, his vicious ex-wife has tricked our hero into signing a document that states he agrees to give Ruhi to Shagun in return for Aditya. And Ishita will be seen begging and pleading to Shagun to spare Ruhi. However, all her pleas will fall on deaf ears as Shagun is happy to have slapped Ishita where it hurts the most. Ishita goes berserk on learning that Shagun will take her Ruhi away from her. The whole family tries to console her, but in vain. Ishita even falls at Shagun’s feat and begs Shagun to not take Ruhi. Shagun challenges Raman and gives him 24 hours time to reverse the papers.

Shagun has tricked Raman Bhalla again. This time she got him to sign a contract that he has not even read! Is Mr Bhalla DUMB? A man who ran a successful business has signed a contract about his children without reading and just getting it checked from his lawyer.

Will Raman manage to prove Shagun’s fraud? Will Ishita ever forgive Raman for this blunder? Stay tuned to find out!

Star Plus’ show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein is back on the old track. So, expect a lot of rona dhona and melodrama

Raman (Karan Patel) and Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) in a bid to save Ruhi from going to Shagun (Anita Hassanandani) rush to the courts. However, the courts are closed. Clearly Shagun has tricked Raman into signing the wrong papers and has managed to beat Ishita by taking Ruhi away from her. An angry Ishita blasts her husband for this foolish and absolutely reckless act. And rightly so. After all, which father does not want to read through a document regarding his kids himself? So, while Shagun is rejoicing her win against Ishita, her ex-husband Raman Bhalla is left clueless as his wife is going berserk at the thought of losing her child.

On the other side we see Shagun inform Adi about Raman asking him in return for Ruhi. Adi is hurt that his mother is ready to let him go for his baby sister. Balaji Telefilms is indeed in love with Karans of telly town

Last season it was Karanvir Bohra, who hosted the youth crime based reality show – Gumrah and now we hear that the actor is being replaced. The show which started in 2012 showcases some of the most horrifying and scarring things in juvenile offences. After successfully hosting the show for about two years, Karan Kundra was replaced by Abhay Deol when the former joined MTV channel for a daily soap.

Well Abhay obviously didn’t last very long and the mantle was soon taken over by Karanvir Bohra. According to reports, producers Balaji Telefilms have now roped in their favourite boy Karan Patel for the show as the new host. Karan will host the fifth season of Gumrah. The Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actor has already shot for the promo of the show just yesterday.

Karan has confirmed this news and we will soon see the angry Raman Bhalla aka Karan in a very different avatar for this show. Will Karan connect with the youth? Will he be successful as a host? Will Karan manage to juggle between his YHM and Gumrah schedule? Guess we will soon find out!

The couple was in a relationship for over 7 years, but sometime in January they called it off

Ssharad Malhotra and Divyanka Tripathi began dating during their first show together Banoo Main Teri Dulhann. After going on and off for sometime the couple officially announced their relationship two years back. They spoke about getting married soon. By then Divyanka’s show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein had started doing well and Ssharad had just entered Bharat Ka Veer Putra Maharana Pratap.

In January 2015, the couple was supposed to get engaged according to the original plan, but Ssharad pulled the plug instead. It is still unclear as to why the couple broke up but from what we hear it seems that Ssharad was not ready to commit and that he was cheating on Divyanka with someone. Now there was again no confirmation on this. The duo released a statement to the media claiming that their relationship was over and how it was a mutual decision.

Two days back, we asked the fans what they thought about the relationship coming to end. And whether they’d like to see Divyanka and Ssharad come back together. Surprisingly many of them voted against it. Nearly 49 per cent people voted against the couple coming back together. Several even said that Divyanka could do much better than Ssharad and how the Maharana Pratap actor has lost a diamond when he decided to break up. Only 40 per cent of the janta wants the couple to reunite.

Later, he will receive a call from a police officer who will tell Raman that they have found a dead of a woman and a child. Raman will be devastated and shattered, thinking that Ishita and Ruhi are dead.

With the news of Divyanka and Ssharad’s break-up going viral, several rumours have been floating around about the cause for it, but neither of them have paid any heed to it

It came as a shock to everyone, when the speculation of Divyanka Tripathi and Ssharad Malhotra’s break-up started doing media rounds. In order to quash the continuous calls and incisive questions, the couple gave a statement confirming their break-up and that it was mutual.

Well obviously, curious minds want to know why. In spite of calling Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’s Divyanka several times, the actress refused to comment on her relationship or the real reason why they broke up.

After much probing, a certain section of the media reported about Ssharad’s inability to commit to the relationship and his philandering ways was the prime reasons for the break-up. However, Ssharad let rumours be and refused to comment on it. He said, “It used to bother me. But I believe that speculations will always be there and one can’t keep on clearing out things. At the end of the day you know what you have done. Everyone has issues, be it personal or professional, so that’s okay,” said Ssharad.

Clearly the actor has no plans to divulge any details about the break-up. Let’s hope Divyanka gets over it and moves on fast.

The Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actor is all set to get hitched soon

Recently Karan Patel aka Raman Bhalla of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein announced his nuptials with Ankita Bhargava on May 3, 2015.

A few months back the actor was dating Kamya Punjabi, but the duo never accepted this in public. When rumours about Karan and Kamya’s break-up went viral we were shocked to hear it, but then we learnt that Karan has fallen in love with Ankita (last seen in Ekk Nayyi Pehchaan) and wants to marry her soon.

According to recent updates, we’ve heard that Karan will have the roka ceremony on March 14. A few members of the YHM cast have been invited for this special event. Karan will then hold a press conference with the media on March 15, where he will talk about his relationship, Ankita, their future and more.

Well the actor seems to be super excited for the new phase of his life and BollywoodLife wishes him all the luck in the world for the future.

The entire cast of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein is like one big happy family and they are always ready to help each other in crisis

Recently, Divyanka Tripathi was shooting a crucial sequence in the Star Plus show when she fell sick. After bouts of headache and stomach pains, Karan Patel, Aly Goni and Sangram Singh took her to the hospital. A source from the sets revealed that the actress was suffering from food poisoning. She took rest on the sets in between shots, but was extremely exhausted.

Doctors advised the actor to get admitted so that they could keep her under observation but Divyanka refused to stay in the hospital. Mainly since the show did not have any bank of stories ready for telecast, it was essential for the actress to shoot. The doctors gave her intravenous medication for quick recovery.

In spite of weakness Divyanka resumed shooting but everyone on the set took real good care of her. She was served homemade khichdi brought by one of the senior actors. When we got in touch with her the actress said, “My work comes first. I became unwell suddenly and my co-actors took good care of me. Everybody was ready to keep me at their home as there’s no one to look after in Mumbai. In this city of no relatives around I feel blessed to have such amazing co-actors. Yes, I have resumed shooting.”

We hope the actress gets well soon and recovers from all the stress and illness.

The actor is not ready to talk about his relationship, but is ready to go all out about his career

The actor was nowhere in the picture for years until rumours of his relationship with Divyanka Tripathi starting doing media rounds. He later bagged the lead role in Bharat Ka Veer Putra Maharana Pratap.

Ever since news of Ssharad and Divyanka parting ways after seven years together came out, there’s a long list of theories decoding the reason of their break-up. But Ssharad pays no heed to the rumours. Instead he is keener to talk more about his career – quite smart!

The actor says that his role as Pratap is physically exhausting. “The role is physically exerting. We do horse-riding, sword fighting, martial arts and then the heavy costumes. But what matters in the end is when people appreciate your work,” he said.

Ssharad has also done acting and direction course from New York Film Academy. But the actor says he is more interested in acting rather than direction right now. “I would like to direct for big as well as small screen some day. But for now acting is the only thing in my mind. I have so many characters in my mind that I would like to do first,” he said.

Well, the actor is definitely using his career to sideline any questions about his relationship. In spite of a gazillion rumours that could tarnish his image, the actor refuses to talk about it. The episode ended with Mihika (Mihika Verma) coming across Ishita and Ruhi, convincing both of them to come home with her.In the upcoming episode, we will see Mihika bringing Ishita and Ruhi home as Ashok (Sangram Singh) is out of the city. She will promise the two that she won’t inform him about their presence. Ishita as we know, is under immense stress. But Mihika will shocked upon seeing Ishita faint! Ruhi will be seen taking care of her. Raman (Karan Patel) will learn about Ishita being put up at Mihika’s place and will rush there to pick her up. But before he would reach, Shagun (Anita Hassanandani) would end up at Mihika’s door and the latter would refuse to let her enter. The episode will end with Shagun trying to take Ruhi with her.

We recently saw her unveiling Ekta Kapoor’s branded clothing line ‘EK’ where she was accompanied by Karan, and other popular TV names such as Kumkum Bhagya fame Sriti Jha and Jodha Akbar actress Paridhi Sharma.

Actress Divyanka Tripathi has carved an image of a sweet, simple and caring woman through her on screen avatars, and this is stopping her from exploring darker emotions on small screen. Divyanka says she fears her fans will start hating her post a negative role.“I would love to do a negative role, but I am scared. The reason is that I give my fullest to the characters I play. I feel what my character in going through and then emote on camera. So I have a feeling that if I do a negative role then people will start hating me,” Divyanka told a popular portal.

“They will detest me and that is why I’m in two minds about doing such roles. I can try it in some short-term projects, but I won’t take any negative characters in a long-running daily show,” she added.

The actress, who has earlier featured in shows like Banoo Main Teri Dulhann and Mrs. & Mr. Sharma Allahabadwale, also noted that when it comes to picking roles she gets very choosy.

“I’m very finicky and picky about my characters. I don’t want to do any role in which I have nothing to do. I love challenges and if my character goes straight, then I get bored,” she said.

For Divyanka, that’s not just the case for her reel avatars, but in real life too.

“I cannot live a straight line life. I have experimented and explored a lot in the course of my own life. And that has been the pattern in my acting career as well,” she said.

The actress is now credited to have changed the common perception of evil stepmother with her Star Plus show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. Divyanka plays role of Ishita, who gets married to a Punjabi man for his daughter Ruhi.

“I am glad with the change in ideology and this is how it should be. A filmy concept and scenario was formed in which everyone believed that stepmothers aren’t capable of raising stepdaughters with the same love and care as the biological mother. But it is utterly wrong,” she said.

The actress shares a very close rapport with her on screen daughter and child artist Ruhanika Dhawan, who calls her “Ishi Maa” off screen as well.

Ankita Bhargava and Karan Patel have decided to tie the knot with the approval of both the families.

It so happens that actor Abhay Bhargava, who plays Mr Iyer, father-in-law of Raman Bhalla (Karan Patel) in the popular daily soap Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, will soon be his father-in-law in real life too.

It seems the first time Karan and Ankita met was at Bhargava’s place  when the actor threw a party for the entire cast and crew. However, it was Aly Goni who truly played cupid and brought them together. “My daughter Ankita has never visited our set. I had thrown a party for the Yeh Hai Mohabbatein cast at home recently, that was when Karan and she met,” said Mr Bhargava. “Aly spoke to Karan’s parents, who saw Ankita’s picture and within an hour they got back to us saying they wanted her to be their daughter-in-law. I am aware of Karan’s past but I know that his good qualities outdo the bad ones, so I’m happy,” he added.

Ankita is extremely close to her parents, and her mother is like her best friend. The Bhargavas are extremely content that their daughter will soon be hitched to someone they know. After working with Karan for so long, Mr Bhargava is well aware of his anger, mood swings and all his other short comings, but he is confident that Karan will keep his daughter happy.

The Iron Lady of Television has proven yet again that nothing can come in the way of her work

This month hasn’t been a very lucky one for Divyanka Tripathi. We recently informed you about the actress being a victim of severe food poisoning. Like that wasn’t enough, catastrophe struck yet again as the actress slipped and fractured her leg! The beauty was seen posting a few pictures of herself on an Instagram account, pointing towards her fractured leg. We expected her to make a hassled face but this actress is all smiles.

As we all know, Divyanka plays Ishita in Star Plus’s hit show Yeh hai Mohabbatein. We hear that the actress has been religiously arriving at shoots and slogging it out despite being in pain. Divyanka is shooting as there is an issue of episode banks and our little birdies tell us that she has been popping pain killers to avoid any discomfort. The team members are reportedly taking good care of the actress and allowing her to rest in between shots.

Divyanka was shooting at a stretch when diagnosed with food poisoning earlier. She made it a point to support her mentor Ekta Kapoor at the launch of her clothing line EK and was accompanied by co-star Karan Patel. It’s high time one of them puts an end to their war which is now turning into a major snooze fest

Drama is good till it becomes exaggerated and prolonged. The same seems to be happening on Star Plus’s show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein where Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) and Shagun (Anita Hassanandani) are still fighting and I fail to wonder why. I have time and again advised the makers to either make Ishita tell Shagun to simply f**k off or the latter to have a plan of action so that she comes across as a slightly intelligent and sensible vamp.But an endless boring saga it is in YHM. Currently, the plot is focusing on Ruhi’s custody which is being undertaken by Shagun, thanks to Raman (Karan Patel) who left his brains in the park at that time. Ishita had escaped with Ruhi and was residing in Mihika’s place. Raman found out about the two’s whereabouts and has now brought them home.

We hear that Ruhi’s custody will be granted to Shagun. Ishita will beg and plead before Shagun, asking her to give up Ruhi but the latter wouldn’t oblige. So what will Ishita do? She will challenge Shagun, for the thousandth time! Ishita will threaten Shagun and declare that Ruhi will be hers in the next 24 hours.

Do we care? Well, not anymore! Shagun and Ishita’s endless war is perhaps one of the most boring ones I have seen till date. They either need to spice it up or simply end.

Shagun finally found a way to torment Ishita and Raman – and revenge is not going to be very sweet this time

Yeh Hai Mohabbatein is currently showcasing the tussle between Shagun (Anita Hassnandani) and Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) over Ruhi (Ruhanika Dhawan). Raman gave up Ruhi’s custody in exchange for Aditya accidentally. Even when the case went to court, the judge gave the judgement in Shagun’s favour.

Ishita and Ruhi are depressed for losing each other, but there is nothing much they can do besides follow the law. Mihika (Mihika Verma) appeals and begs her husband Ashok (Sangram Singh) to help Raman (Karan Patel), but he refuses. Instead he finds new ways to torture the Bhallas.

In the upcoming episode of YHM, Shagun and Ruhi will be in a restaurant when a producer will spot the little girl. When he learns that Ruhi is Raman’s daughter, he asks her about casting the little girl in an advertisement. Raman instantly refuses the offer and sends the producer packing. Ashok sees this as a wonderful opportunity to agonise Raman. He informs Shagun that a top producer wants to cast Ruhi in an ad film and that it would be a brilliant way to earn money.

Shagun immediately agrees to the offer and prepares Ruhi for the shoot. Will Shagun use Ruhi to make money? Will Ruhi be Shagun’s meal ticket to a secure future? Will Raman and Ishita be able to put a stop to Shagun’s vicious plans? Between the tussle of the parents, wonder what will be Ruhi’s fate.

Actress Deepika Singh, best known for her role as IPS officer Sandhya Rathi in Diya Aur Baati Hum, is taking motherhood tips from her friend Divyanka Tripathi – all for an upcoming track of the show.

Deepika’s character Sandhya is seen welcoming twin sons in the show, and to build a good bond with her onscreen children, Deepika has sought the help of Divyanka, who shares a great onscreen and off screen camaraderie with her ‘reel’ step-daughter Ruhi from TV show Ye Hai Mohabbatein.

“I really admire the bond Divyanka shares with Ruhi on screen and off screen as I have met them several times. In fact, even the audiences love their camaraderie and can’t take their eyes off the adorable bond between the two,” Deepika said.

“So, when it came to doing homework for my role, the first person who came to my mind was Ishima (Divyanka), and after speaking to her, I am all the more kicked about the new track on the show,” Deepika said in a statement.

Asked about some of the tips she got from Divyanka, Deepika said:: “I plan to implement the tips of spending time offscreen with the kids so that when we are in front of the camera, the bonding is natural.”

With Karan Wahi moving on to Dance India Dance as the new host, we heard the makers of Nach Baliye have knocked on new doors. Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’s Raman aka Karan Patel has been approached to don the cap of the host in Nach Baliye 7. A few days back we had informed you about the actor also taking over Gumrah season 5 as the new host, which was earlier done by Karanvir Bohra. Looks like Ekta Kapoor wants her favourite boy, Karan, involved in all her shows. His manager confirmed that Karan has been roped in as the new host.

Sharing the mantle with Karan Patel will be last year’s winner Rithvik Dhanjani. Initially, we had heard that Rithvik and his girlfriend Asha Negi will be seen as the new host, but it seems it’s going to be just him. With Rithvik’s comic timing and Karan’s seriousness we wonder what kind of chemistry they will create onstage.

Obviously, we will miss Karan Wahi’s comic timing and Gautam Rode’s ‘oh-so-hot’ bod. If you remember, every year the two would take off their shirts to showcase who’s got the better body. We called Gautam Rode to find out if he was approached this year, for NB. The actor said, “I have not yet been approached to be the host of Nach Baliye this year.” Guess with Mahakumbh on his plate the dishy actor would be extremely busy to do anything else.
