That’s right! After being let down by Raman and Ishita, Ruhi has decided to side with Shagun and trouble her step mother. Little does Ruhi know that Ishi Maa was tricked by her own dad. And trust us being Mrs Raman Bhalla is not an easy ride. There are not just ex-wife and kids issues, the family itself is one controversial khandaan. So, we saw Aditya feeling terribly lonely and left out and now Ruhi will be seen breaking her good girl image. Certainly Shagun has managed her revenge and has found a very strong supporter in her little daughter.

Clearly Shagun’s master plan has worked wonders. Now she will be using Ruhi for her benefit and will try to hurt Ishita and Raman as much as possible. Will Ruhi be the new Adi on the show? Trust the makers to try and induce more and more meanness in this show.

In the last episode, we saw Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) getting tensed as she couldn’t find the documents Vohra had given to her. She was seen asking the family members to help her look for the same. Mrs Bhalla and Simmi declared that they couldn’t find it anywhere upon which Ishita said that she would confront Raman.Later, Raman (Karan Patel) gave the documents to Ishita, confessing that he had taken it. A shocking twist came in when Aditya tried to commit suicide! The episode ended with Ruhi being shattered over the fact that Ishita asked her to stay on with Shagun (Anita Hassanandani).

In the upcoming episode, we will see a heartbroken Ruhi sobbing over the fact that her Ishima had betrayed her. Ishita, on the other hand, would attempt to bring Ruhi back but in vain. She will call Ruhi, but the latter would refuse to answer the phone. Ishita would then decided to meet her at the school, but Ruhi would avoid her and continue to talk to Shagun. The episode will end with Raman and Ishita bumping into Ruhi at a restaurant, which she will enter with Shagun. Ishta will be shattered upon being ignored by Ruhi.

We are personally fed up of filing about the Kaisi Yeh Yaariyaan actor’s exit from the show

When we initially put out the story that Parth Samthaan is quitting, we got calls from the channel and PRs to pull down the story as there was no truth in it. When several channels maintained that the actor is not quitting, we were sure and had full confidence in our source.

Anyway, things got a little confusing when Parth put out a statement that he was not going anywhere and that he will continue to be a part of KY2. We wanted to believe him, so we published his version of the story, in spite of that nagging feeling at the back of our mind that he was lying.

Anyway, our source confirms that the actor has quit the show and is only serving his notice period in KY2. Rumour has it that the makers of the show will be replacing the actor, but we are not sure if the fans would like to see that happen.

We just heard that Lost Boy Productions is planning to come with a desi version of Game of Thrones – OMG! Somehow we’ll never figure out why they would try something so outrageously awesome and mess it up. Considering Parth is a favourite of the production house, the makers have approached him for a role. It seems the desi version of Game of Thrones will be called Rani Mahal.

The Code Red host Sakshi Tanwar has been roped in to play the role of Mother of Dragons, Daenerys Targaryen while Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’s Anita Hassanandani will play the role of Cersei Lannister.

Parth has been roped in to play one of the main leads in the show. He will be playing the character of Jon Snow. So if Parth is doing Rani Mahal, then why did the actor put out a statement that he was not quitting Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan? A highly placed source claims that the channel was not ready to replace the actor yet, and in order to make a peaceful transition without upsetting fans and disrupting numbers too much it was essential to control the news.

While daily soaps have a wide range of followers in India, they are watched and valued across the border as well. A leading portal recorded the number of viewers each show received on UK Asian TV last night and formulated data on the same. The number game has declared Star Plus’s Yeh Hai Mohabbatein on top, followed by the channels’ second hit show Diya Aur Baati Hum. Here’s a compiled list:Star Plus

Yeh Hai Mohabbatein which stars Divyanka Tripathi (Ishita) and Karan Patel (Raman) as its lead actors, reportedly drew in 175,0000 viewers at 19:30, the number witnessing a peak at 209,800 viewers. Wow! Now isn’t that some serious love for the show? Deepika Singh (Sandhya) and Anas Rashid’s (Sooraj) Diya Aur Baati Hum came in next with 163,600 viewers, followed by Master Chef India 4 which drew in 160,900.

Colors

Shastri Sisters which is featured on Colors, earned its lead position on the channel again with 46,000 viewers, followed by Swarigini which at the time 21;30, had 45, 000 viewers. Code Red featuring Sakshi Tanwar came in at position #3 with 37,400 viewers recorded at 22:00.

Rishtey

Hit series Meri Aashiqui roped in 53,400 viewers at 20:30 followed by Tina Dutta’ show Uttaran which garnered 39,800 viewers at 21:00.

Life OK

Gautam Rode’s Mahakumbh was the top show on this channel with 28,300 viewers at 20:00 followed by Saavdhan India which roped in 18,700 viewers. The new show Kalash recorded 9,900 viewers at 20:30.

Hum TV

The channel’s popular show Ek Pal was in the lead with 79,000 viewers at 20:00, followed by Parsa, which featured its final episode and garnered 36,300 viewers.

The results are crystal clear; YHM is ruling the Indian charts and creating waves oversees as well. Kudos to t he team!

In the last episode, we saw Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) declaring that Ruhi will be staying with Shagun (Anita Hassanandani) and not her. The latter was shattered upon knowing that her Ishima had betrayed her. The court stated that since Ishita had herself decided to let go off Ruhi, her custody will be assigned to Shagun till both parties mutually decide on a settlement. Later, Raman (Karan Patel) assured Ishita that he would bring Ruhi back at any cost. The latter fell sick and was asked to take rest. The episode ended with Raman stating that he would not be paying for Ruhi’s expenses.In the upcoming episode, we will see the sly Ashok coming up with a plan to manipulate Shagun as well as Ruhi. He will advise Shagun to enroll Ruhi as a model for his company’s ad campaign. He will then ask Shagun to live off the money Ruhi will make during the campaign! Raman will learn about the same and will be furious at the way Shagun is using Ruhi for her own needs.

Be it letting go off Ruhi or obliging to Shagun (Anita Hassanandani) at the drop of hat, IshRa aren’t coming across as sensible people who know their game. Hence, I suggest 5 things which this coupe needs to do ASAP:

Tell Shagun to f**k off

I still fail to understand why Ishita and Raman let Shagun use them like puppets. The vamp has barged into the Bhalla house and is using every opportunity to screw the two over. Instead of telling her to buzz off, IshRa sit back and let the evil Shagun implement her mind games. Raman and Ishita, it’s high time you tell Shagun to f**k off!

Get Ruhi back

While I feel Ishita and Raman were dumb enough to let Ruhi go, they NEED to get her back soon. The more they wait over it, the more Shagun will use the latter to her advantage. Ashok has already advised Shagun to live off Ruhi’s earnings by making her a model for his company’s ad campaign.

Take Ashok down

Apart from telling Shagun to leave the scene soon, Raman and Ishita should teach Ashok a lesson. Nothing is more thrilling for viewers to see other than the villains being taught a lesson on screen. Raman has been employed by Ashok in his company and the latter is under his thumb. When will Raman stop stooping for others and get a spine?

Bring Mihika home

Instead of trying to figure out why Mihika has married Ashok, Raman and Ishita have settled with whatever stories the former has told the. Why? Shouldn’t IshRa dig deeper into what is the real reason and reunite Mihir with Mihika? It seems Mihir has been kicked out of the picture and Mihika’s track has been left unfinished.

Take a decision regarding Aditya

Raman and Ishita have been mulling over what they have to do with Aditya. They can’t keep him with them forever as he is Shagun’s child. They can’t even leave him with her, as she hasn’t been the best mother to him per say. But time is running out and Aditya is troubled. Raman and Ishita need to take a decision soon. Instead of playing exchange- exchange with Aditya and Ruhi, I say they keep Aditya with them by seeking his custody and end this saga once and for all.

Star Plus’ hit show recently completed 400 episodes

Star Plus’s hit show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein has been ruling the TRP charts ever since its introduction in 2013. A show based on the lives of Raman (Karan Patel) and Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi), has been widely appreciated for its attempt to alienate the stigma attached to divorcees getting remarried in our Indian society. The show is one of the most popular ones on television today and has completed 400 episodes!

A twist in the tale came in when the bank confiscated Shagun’s car! Later, Ashok’s associate entered Mihika’s house, posing as a person representing a health campaign. The episode ended on a shocking note where Mihika fainted from the vaccine provided to her and the associate taking her in an unconscious state for abortion. The doctor informed Ashok and Sooraj that Mihika isn’t expecting a baby.

In the upcoming episode, we will see Ishita learning the truth about Raman (Karan Patel) and his job. She will come to know that Raman works for Ashok and will be shell shocked with the fact that the latter never informed her. He will ask her to get intimate with him in order to have a baby. When the latter will refuse, Ashok will force himself on her. A shocking twist in the tale came in when Ashok tried to molest Mihika (Mihika Verma). The episode ended with Ishita lodging a complaint against Ashok.

The atmosphere on the sets of Star Plus’ popular show has always been full of energy

It’s a huge star cast and with so many kids in the show it’s always a lot of fun. However, Ruhi aka Ruhanika Dhawan is everyone’s favourite kid. The little starlet gels well with Anita Hassanandani, Divyanka Tripathi, Mihika Verma and Aly Goni.

Each time Aly meets Ruhanika, he becomes a kid himself. When the camera is off or when they get a break, everyone wants to spend time with the little star. The secret of Mihika’s sham marriage is finally out and everyone has decided to support her to get away from Ashok

In the recent episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Mihir (Raj Singh Arora) finally learns the real reason why his fiancé Mihika (Mihika Verma) married Ashok (Sangram Singh). The Bhallas and Iyers decide to take her in and give her shelter. Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) even files a case against Ashok on behalf of Mihika and gets him arrested. Mihir apologises to Mihika for not trusting her and assuming that she had become money minded and selfish.

Mihika promises Mihir that even if they are not together now, they’ll always be friends and no one can change that. Unfortunately, Rinki (Resha Konkar) watches her husband and Mihika together and starts feeling insecure. She confronts Ishita and asks her what will Mihir and her future be if Mihika comes back into the picture. Ishita tells Rinki to have faith in Mihir and give their relationship some time. While Rinki gets convinced for the time being, this maturity will not last for long.

Mihir, who is feeling guilty for doubting the love of his life, will try to make up for his mistake by taking care of Mihika. Rinki has already begun to depend on Mihir, and his increasing proximity to Ishita’s sister will soon start bothering her.

From what we hear, Rinki will start believing that Mihir wants to get back with Mihika. Instead of confronting her husband, she will cultivate this doubts leading to misunderstandings between the couple. Will Mihir help Rinki understand the dynamic of his relationship with Mihika? Will Mihika move away in order to reduce the confusion in Rinki’s mind? Well we will soon find out soon.

A few days ago, the CBFC put a ban on airing the Alia Bhatt-Randeep Hooda starrer on TV

So I caught Star Plus’ hit show, Yeh hai Mohabbatein’s latest episode and was highly disturbed. Not only because the content was derogatory and illogical but also because it reminded me of a recent new item I had read. Get this… the Censor Board of Film Certification recently cancelled the airing of Sajid Nadiadwala’s Highway which stars Alia Bhatt and Randeep Hooda; the reason being that the film’s content is not suitable for children as it showcases child abuse. Hmmm…

Now the reason why I’m disturbed is that I don’t get how this show, which airs on prime time, faces no ban or opposition whatsoever. And here are 3 reasons why I think, THIS is the show that needs to be banned and not the film…

The good vs evil games

So we have the vamp (Shagun) plotting and scheming everything evil and we have Ms Goody-two-shoes, Ishita, who is the subject of all the scheming. And yet Shugun gets her way ALWAYS while Ishita has to constantly prove herself to everyone.

Also we now have Raman working for Ashok and being ridiculed time and again. I’m pretty sure portraying the bad guys victorious all the time is not the right reinforcement for children.

The suicidal child

This particularly addresses the child abuse issue the Censor Board had a problem with. The way Shagun uses her children in her evil plans is outrageous. The lady has poisoned Aditya’s brain to an extent that he’s become literally suicidal. I mean the boy is just 10 or 11 may be and he’s pouring acid on his hands and eating wrong medicines to take revenge on his mother’s behalf. It’s worse than physical abuse for a child to not get a sane mental environment to grow in. What kind of a person will he grow into?

But it’s okay! As long as children are unaware of the actual evils prevalent in the society, everything is fine. (Anyone who doesn’t get the sarcasm here, go kill yourself)

The women… demeaned and disrespected

The show is offensive and demeaning to women on so many levels that it’s unbelievable. Let’s start with Shagun- the vamp with brains that come up with exceedingly brilliant evil plans. But even she is shown to be so stupid that she fails to see Ashok’s reality when it’s staring her in the face. Come on! Women are way smarter than the show gives them credit for. Then we have Raman treating his wife in the most patronizing manner and his arrogance is projected as a charming trait. WOW! And that’s not all… in the last episode, Ashok tries to rape his wife to get her pregnant.

Let me get this right… it is not okay for children to watch a film which showcases child abuse but it is alright for children to learn that women should be treated derogatorily and that they are objects for child bearing that can be forced upon. (slow clap)

We know how Ruhi (Ruhanika Dhawan) had once before decided to put Shagun (Anita Hassanandani) in her place and went shopping with her. While that was a short term pretence, we think her recent stint of hating her Ishima and wanting to be with Shagun is long term pretence. Why we say so? Well…

In today’s episode of Yeh hai Mohabbatein, Raman (Karen Patel) was seen video recording Ruhi audition which he took back home to show Ishita. Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) who had been in an extremely rotten mood ever since Ruhi walked out of the pooja with evening letting Ishita do Teeka, lightens up on hearing her voice. Now that recording is what makes us believe that Ruhi is merely pretending to be on Shagun’s side.

So in her audition, Ruhi talks about her mother, Ishima, who is very loving and caring. She also mentions how she’s been taught that anyone who loves you will always do so. Ruhi even mentions that though she is not with her Ishima at the moment, she’s soon going to reunite with her. Now if that isn’t a clear hint, then what is?
